Cannatelli developers closes construction development loan for the Enclave project

AUBURNDALE, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA………An investment group led by Cannatelli developers and its managing partner Frank Pesce and Edward Cannatelli (Founder) has closed a construction development loan for the Enclave at Lake Arietta project located in Auburndale Florida. The land development will begin immediately with land clearing already on it way.
